Wiki Cpt code for a nasal/sinus swab for culture

Is there a cpt code when the physician swabs the nasal/sinus cavity for culture while in the OR? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The op note states," Swab was used to culture nasal and osteomeatal complex secretions to send for culture."

Any help would be appreciated.

Taking cultures are included with whatever surgery that was being performed

The other procedure performed was bilateral Tube insertion. So it was just be included ? Thank you for responding!!!
