What CPT code would be appropriate to assign for this scenario:
Completely removed the 2.5 x 2.5 cm rectangler lesion on the forehead. I then undermined the tissue and did an H-plasty. I put in 5 5-0 Prolene sutures in the middle of the H-plasty and then did 5-0 interrupted sutures to complete the H-plasty. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
