Hello,

I am a new coder and new to this Forum.

I have a Consultation which the diagnosis is a Salter-Harris Type I Injury of the Proximal Humerus Growth Plate. I was wondering if anyone can direct me as to what CPT code I should use a Consult or Fracturecare Code.

The patient was instructed not to play hockey or go hunting and to follow up with us in 3 weeks. Does this help
