If the Doctor meets the established pt and family in office to discuss findings of scan which shows an abnormality.

Should a suitable code from 99212 to 99215 series be billed or any other code to be billed.
 
If the physician is seeing the patient face-to-face in the office (with or without family present) and meets the requirement for time-based coding - more than 50% of the time is spent on counseling and/or coordination of care, documentation of the extent of the counseling/coordination of care, total time - then yes, the apporopriate code from 99212-99215 may be used.
