Wondering if someone out here can lead me to the correct code on a procedure?
Excision left groin varix
Details are as listed,
a 5 × 2.6 × 2 cm left groin soft tissue mass consistent with a large varix supplied by multiple superficial varicosities of the left anterior thigh, draining into the left common iliac vein in the left groin.
A prior ultrasound showed a 4.5 cm vascular mass consistent with a varix or pseudoaneurysm, possibly originating from the great saphenous vein (GSV).
The only code that I can come up with is 37799.
