Looking to see if "Excision of paratubal fibroid" is a separately billable code.

Summary of procedure:
Vaginal hysterectomy, removal of left small parasitic fallopian tube fibroid, uterosacral ligament suspension, repair of enterocele, cystoscopy with calibration

Pathology report on the "fibroid" states "leiomyoma"

Fibroid was removed at same time of vaginal hysterectomy. Would anyone code this in addition to the procedures above?
