CPT Code for Foley Catheter in Gastric Lumen STATUS PEG

Hi all,
Does anyone know what the correct CPT code would be for this procedure? Op report states:

PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSI S: D islodgement of his feeding tube about 12 hours ago, patient requiring feeding and medications through *** tube.
POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: P lacement of 1 8 size Foley catheter in the gastric lumen with good return. The patient may require replacement with trifunnel feeding tube in the morning.
PREOPERATIVE MEDICATIONS: None.
PROCEDURE: The patient was lying flat, positioned in his own regular bed. A fter cleaning the gastric tube site with Betadine solution, a Foley catheter, size 18-French, was lubricated and inserted through the cutaneous gastric fistula. L avage showed gastric content return. The balloon was inflated to 10 mL of normal saline was provided. A dressing was applied. The tube can be used for feeding and medication today. The patient should have a regular trifunnel feeding tube placement in a.m. at the bedside.
