My surgeon indicates L2 thru L5 decompressive lumbar laiminectomy and L2-3, L3-4, L4-5 and L5-S1 bilateral fusions with bone dowels. How do I code the fusions with bone dowels? Do I use 22851 for the bone dowels? I am so unsure of how to code this.

Any help would be great and appreciated.
