Can you code 56405 if it doesn't specify it as an abscess? Getting conflicting and ambiguous info so any input would be much appreciated. Thanks :)
 
If there is nothing about an abscess, and ONLY a cyst, I would likely lean toward 10060 instead. 10060 in the description also states cyst, while 56405 does not.
In fact, the guidelines on 56405 state
