Can you code 56405 if it doesn't specify it as an abscess? Getting conflicting and ambiguous info so any input would be much appreciated. Thanks

If there is nothing about an abscess, and ONLY a cyst, I would likely lean toward 10060 instead. 10060 in the description also states cyst, while 56405 does not.
In fact, the guidelines on 56405 state
