I am working on an authorization for a provider. Does anyone know the best code for T3-5 left laminotomies for nerve root ligation followed by VATS procedure for tumor Davinci Assisted Thoracocopic? That's what the doctor had in the booking for left benign paraspinal mass? I sent a message for clarification to the provider, but have not heard back. I can only come up with unlisted and would like to avoid that if possible.
