Does anyone know how to code the following:

Myopexy of the extensor digitorum brevis bell, all left foot.

per op report: At this point it was determeined that in order to prevent a reoccurrence of the spontaneous expulsion of the implant, the proximal aspect of extensor digitorum brevis belly was elevated and delivered proximally, where it was then sutured into subcutaneous tissue closing the entrance to the sinus tarsi quite effectively.
