Wiki CPT code for peritrochlear injection

I'm fairly new to ophthalmology coding and I'm getting a question on which CPT code to use for a peritrochlear injection. The patient has trochleitis of the right eye and the doctor gave the patient a peritrochlear injection of some steroids. The doctor is stating it is an intraorbital injection. Below is part of the procedure note. Any help in determining an appropriate CPT code would be appreciated. Thank you!

Pre-/ Post-op Diagnosis: Right trochleitis
Procedure: Right peritrochlear injection
After appropriate pre-procedure consent, an alcohol wipe was used to clean the right upper eyelid and a right peritrochlear injection of 0.2 cc 2% lidocaine and 0.3 cc (3 mg) dexamethasone was given into right trochlear region without complication. The patient tolerated the procedure well.
