Trying to find the CPT code and cost associated with the services of prophylaxis and RN services to study patient prior to receiving a Mesenchymal Stem Cell (which will be done by study Principal Investigator). I need to add costs of Nurse and medicine to the study budget. I found 96374 includes therapeutic, prophylactics' and infusion, just trying to charge for facility and nurse services. thank you. Elena
