Hi this is my first time posting and I hope I can get some input from a fellow biller. My questions is that we have a obstetric patient who had a cesarean section 2 days prior have to return back to surgery. The physician did exploratory laparotomy for abdominal pain and possible hematoma. My question is I cannot find a code for the additional procedure of Rectus Musscle repair. I would appreciate any assistance with this code.
