I have a patient that has a chronic foot wound and will be coming into the clinic twice a week for non-surgical wound care by a nurse. This is basically just cleaning of the wound with application of antibiotic gel and changing of the bandaging. Is there a specific CPT code for that or does it fall under a E/M code? Thanks for your help!
