Can anyone suggest me the CPT code for - Evaluation under Anesthesia, re suture vaginal cuff.

Patient underwent LAVH, salphingectomy, ovarian cystectomy, colposuspension and cystoscopy in morning and later complaint of bleeding vaginally following retching and vomiting in the recovery room. Doctor noticed some bleeding and some clots in her vagina. Then took her back to OR and did an exam under anesthesia and resutured the vaginal cuff.
