I am wondering how I would code a lateral capsular disruption? The physician states he did a Synovial Cyst aspiration, L5-S1 intra-articular facet block, and lateral capsular disruption. I have the 20612, 77002, and 64493, but not sure if the disruption is appropriate to code? Thanks for any advice offered!
