Hello Everyone

Left carotid artery excision for tumor of carotid body.Answer is 60605 ( I checked the answer book)

Can anyone tell me how to find that answer through the Index in CPT book? ( I tried under Excision/removal) I could not find it.

I need help

You need to be able to carefully determine WHAT is being excised. In this case the carotid artery ... not just the tumor.
