Is there a code for suture removal by another physician who did not perform the repair. Sutures were placed in the ER and PCP removed sutures. I thought there was a code for this but I cannot find anything other than suture removal under anesthesia by same physician.

There is no CPT code for this, you use the V58.32 as your dx code with a low level E&M. There is an S code in the HCPC II book for this service but most payers do not recognize it.
