I am looking for a CPT code for a closure device - 8mm Amplazer Vascular Plug 2 in an area of paravalvular mitral regurgitation.
 
I looked in the 2014 HCPCS Level II Expert -- found a code C1760 only described as a closure device, vascular (implantable/insertable) I am still pretty new to coding , not sure if it is correct.
