Hello - I only work with ICD-9 codes. Could someone please tell me the CPT codes associated with the yearly diabetic eye examinations are?

I use 92004/92014 with 250.xx for medical insurances.
For vision insurance use same cpt but with v72.0 as primary and 250.xx as secondary.
