Trichomonas can use lab 87660 and for a cardiac panel can use CPT 80053 82465 80061or 80053 at our site. D-Dimer is related to clotting effect in blood/plasma so try CPT 85730 or 85610. The dx matches this is R79.1 INR or D68.8 . Lab POCT BNP is related to peptides see CPT 84681.
