Can I bill for a nasal endoscopy 31231 with a 14060 for the primary repair using advancement flaps not sure and if not should I bill just the 30117? Any feed feed back would be most appreciated thank you.

IF THE PROVIDER PERFORMED A NASAL ENDOSCOPY 31231 IS THE CORRECT CODE. PROCEDURE 30117 IS FOR EXCISION OF INTRANASAL LESION WHICH IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PROCEDURE. HOPE THIS HELPS.
