during treatment of corns and callosities(CPT 11056) provider noted superficial ulceration(same area) and treated with debridement of devitalized tissue(CPT 97597).

can I bill these 2 together
 
No. These codes hit an edit. So if performed in the same area, they are bundled. For future reference, if you can show clear "separation" between the procedures, you may be able to bill them. For example, one procedure performed on the medial side, the other the lateral side. Something like that. If there is clear separation, use a modifier and bill both.
