A patient had a bilaterial surgery invloving the medial rectus muscles. The surgeon explored and repaired a detached extraocular muscle in the right eye and placed bilaterial posterior fixation sutures with muscle recession. How should I code this procedure.

I get 67312-50, 67340rt, 67334-50 or should I code 67312-50, 67340rt, 67335-50? I am confused with 67334 and 67335.
