• Were previously seen at employee health
• Had no face to face by reviewing physician
The reviewing physician reviews labs, rads, other employee health chart documents to validate patient's suitability to return to work or need for more face to face, more care, more time away, etc.
This charge does not include additional face-to-face encounters If the patient is called back in.
