Please help! We were told to bill CPT 80104, however this is not on the Medicaid fee
schedule and is being denied as such. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Did you ever receive any more information on this? I am too having the same issue with 80104 not being on the Florida Medicaid fee schedule.
