Patient presented with multiple enlarged lymph nodes, greater than 3 cm, left side of neck. Multiple excisional biopsies (3) will be done. What CPT would be correct in this case?
 
For 21550, if multiple biopsies are excised, for insurance reporting would the number of biopsies be noted in the units column on the HCFA 1500?
