Wiki cpt for patient training/eval of glucometer?

Hi,
I bill for an internal medicine practice. The doctor asked me to find a cpt code for training patients and evaluating their use of a glucometer. Does anyone know of an applicable code or would it fall under E&M? i appricate any help.
