Hello:
Any experienced ENT coders have any insights on the following:
"Excision of left intranasal lesion with possible post auricular skin graft"
Anyone have a list of possible CPT codes to cover this upcoming surgery?

(I have no operative note yet since we're trying to get approval from insurance company before surgery)
