Wiki CPT for removal via debridement of the quad tendon?

Patient has calcium buildup in the quad tendon. Doc opened the area and debrided the calcifications out. What code do you use for this?

27328 vs 27372 or another code?

Any suggestions would be helpful. I have not seen this before.

Open Quad tendon debridement without repair

I have a note written in my Coding Companion
Open Quad debridement w/out repair: 27385 with modifier 52. Since it was debrided and not repaired, add mod 52 for reduced services.
