Can anyone direct me to the appropriate CPT for pts. that come into the office requesting prescription prophylactics due to upcoming travel out of the country? No other illness or conditions.

Try 99401 - 99404. We have a physician in our practice who only does travel consults and this is what we use, along with V65.40 or V65.49. 99% of insurance will not pay for this service however.
