Can someone help me with with the correct CPT?

Procedure: CTA Aortic Arch with Upper Extremity Runoff

Technique: CTA of the left upper extremity from the artic arch was obtained after the uneventful administration of 200ml of Isovue 370 IV contrast. The images were reviewed on the independent 3D vitrea workstation for better evaluation of potential stenosis
