Procedure performed: Re-Exploration of recent laparotomy (PO day 3), LOA - 2 hours, partial Small bowel resection & Ileostomy, & Appendectomy. The physician was interested in issuing 44120-78, 49002-51, 44960-51. I am concerned about code bundling. These codes have been put through encoder pro. Can any one help me?
