Does anyone use CPT II codes for tracking purposes? If so any tips?
 
We code ALL A1c test results and BP for all hypertensive patients, even if they don't close the care gap (i.e., over 8 and over 140/90.) We run a billing report for who is non-compliant, and use it as a recall list.
