Can anyone tell me the CPT for Reviewing Homehealth nurse notes, labs and management offsite.

There's no specific code for that. It would be considered as a data element during the face-to-face visit. If the provider is certifying the Home Health care plan oversight, (signing the 485B), you can bill for that, but not just for the review of notes.
