Wiki CPT Wound repacking by a provider OTHER than the one that did the procedure

I have a patient that had an I&D by a different provider, in fact a different health system all together. My doc has been seeing this patient every other day for repacking/dressing change. The provider doesn't want that patient to have to pay a copay for being there every other day for dressing change only. Anyone have a clue what CPT code I could use for this other than E/M?
