Hi !!!
I have slight confusion to code for drug dependence and withdrawal for the below criteria. Pt is taking vicodin for more than 30 yrs for past 2 days pt couldnt able to take it. withdrawal symptoms are- confusion, shaking. Can we code both withdrawal as well opiate dependence for this case.
