Hi!
Physician is doing a craniectomy for evacuation of a frontal SDH which I have coded as 61312.
Physician then mentions that multiple membranes were identified, windows were made through these and portions of the membrane were stripped from the underlying brain in an effort to reduce the risk of recurrence.
Do you code seperately for the stripping of the membranes?
