My physician performed a Cranioplasty with Titanium Mesh and I'm not sure if I should be using one of the cranioplasty codes plus the C1781 for the Mesh; or if there is a Cranioplasty w/ Titanium Mesh code that I'm missing?

Anyone bill this out? Appreciate the help!
 
C1781 is billed by the facility purchasing the mesh. I believe the application of it is included in the cranioplasty
