Credentialing new provider

We have a brand new NP that’s starting with our office. I was just wondering if anyone has a checklist of all of things needed to get her credentialed and it what order those things need to be obtained?!? I’ve never credentialed a new provider the others have always had their NPI, DEA etc... Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
