Hello, I am trying to find out any information regarding this issue. We rent a suite in a hosptial currently all our physicians are credentialed under that suite number. In the near future we will be also using the suite next door. Will every physician also need to be credentialed under the new suite number?

Private practice physician, place of service is office.
