If a physician states in their plan documentation that "Will plan on left heart catheterization today with possible percutaneous coronary intervention" Can the physician be given credit for the percutaneous coronary intervention as a management "option" even though the procedure might not be done. It's an option. Thanks in advance for your help!

It is a possible secondary option, to possibly be performed based on the results of the primary diagnostic procedure.

I would not give credit for this.
