Wiki Critical Care 99291/99292/12032

Doc provided all three on same day billed as

99291-25
99292
12032-59

Medicare denied 99292 and said it was global. Global to what? The 12032 ? The critical care had nothing to do with the repair. CSR rep said I need to put a modifier on the 99292... I didn't think add-ons allowed for modifiers.

Can anyone help >??

You need -25 modifier

You need to add the -25 modifier to 99292 as well.
