Hello,
Does anyone have experience billing these codes? Do they need to be 60 for initial or 50 for subsequent for time? The word typically has me stuck on what the actual requirement of time is, if any. Any further assistance or documentation would be greatly appreciated. I would believe for billing guidelines you would need to comply with both from a consult stand point and telemedicine stand point.
