Question: when a provider bills 99291 critical care does the provider have to state the words "critical care time spent with patient?"

Example. "I sent 40 min of critical care time at the bedside with the patient excluding procedures."

or is just stating

"I spent 40 min at the bedside with the patient excluding procedures" good enough for the provider to bill critical care time?

Where in the guidelines does it say that the words "critical care time" have to be in the providers statement to bill 99291

Thank you
