Wiki critical care-Physician documents

Physician documents 75 minutes of critical care time, one hour of CPR, but does not document if the critical care time of 75 minutes excluded or included the one hour of CPR.

In this circumstance, due to inaccurate documentation, would this be dropped down to 99285 instead of billing for critical care time?
