Does anyone code Professional Critical Care services that has NPP's documenting critical care? We are struggling with coding guidelines for instances where PA documents crit care time, then physician comes in and documents their own crit care time. There is nothing specifically listed on this subject anywhere. Does anyone have any guidelines or coding concepts to share on this subject?
