Wiki CRNA and anesthesiologist billing on same claim

We have a TPA denying CRNAs and MDs on the same claim. The anesthesia group bills with the appropriate modifiers and NPIs. Do they have to bill on separate claims?
 
That would depend on the payer. Some payers require that CRNA's and Anesthesiologist claims be billed separately. I would confirm with your payers what they're requirements are for submitting claims.
