Does anyone know if a CRNA starts the labor Epidural with Anesthesiologist in the room do we give the case to the CRNA or to the anesthesiologist who monitored the patient until delivery?

Or

Do we split the case and bill one claim for the CRNA and their time and another claim for the anesthesiologist?
